INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

.1 small slice of pumpkin (350 g).2 eggs.10 cl of milk

.10 cl of heavy cream.1 pinch of nutmeg.50 g of grated comté

 PREPARATION

1. Cut the pumpkin into small dice, after peeling it. Cook 10 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°. Mix in a bowl the beaten eggs, milk, and cream. Salt, pepper and add the nutmeg.

3. Divide the well-drained pumpkin dice into 4 small gratin dishes. Pour over the egg-cream mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Serve hot. u2028
