100g sugar

90g flour

Facultative:

Zest of half a lemon (or 1 half CAC of liquid vanilla)

A 20 cm hinged mold

An electric drummer

Preparation

Step 1 – Turn on the oven at 180°C

Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese and sugar. Separate the whites from the egg yolks. Stir in the egg yolks in the cottage cheese/sugar mixture.

Step 2 – Add the flour and mix.

Step 3 – Add the lemon zest or vanilla.

Step 4 – Mount the whites in very firm snow, and gently incorporate them into the mixture.

Step 5 – Pour the preparation cottage cheese, egg, sugar into a hinged mold of about 20cm in diameter, previously buttered or lined with fat with a bomb.

Put the cake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30min.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 hour before unmolding
